Job summary

Lickey Hills Primary School and Nursery in Birmingham is seeking a reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to supervise children during lunchtime and outdoor play in a supportive environment. You will help create safe, engaging play opportunities and promote positive behaviour in line with the OPAL approach.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team, supporting our OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) approach. You will supervise children during lunchtime and outdoor play, helping create rich, varied play opportunities that are safe but appropriately challenging. You will play an active role in promoting positive behaviour, encouraging creative and independent play, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities
