Job summary

Experience with safeguarding and an enhanced DBS check are expected, and an EY qualification at level 2 or 3 would be advantageous. Training will be provided to support safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection policies.

Qualifications

• Team player with good communication with children.
• First Aid knowledge or training preferred.
• Safeguarding training is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lunchtime welfare of children inside and outside.
• Assist with setting up and clearing away lunch area.
• Monitor behaviour per school policy; report concerns.
• Lead play activities and engage children in suitable activities.
• Administer First Aid and record accidents in the accident book.
