Job summary

BYLOR is seeking a meticulous LTQR Document Controller to join the Digital Quality Team on the Hinkley Point C project in Somerset. You will compile and deliver BYLOR records for all work packages, ensuring timely handover of documented evidence following construction activities.

Responsibilities include producing LTQRs, QA checks, managing metadata, and coordinating with Delivery teams while using ASITE, Teamcenter and Field View.

Qualifications

• Experience in information management or document control.
• Experience on a construction project.
• Knowledge of digital records systems.
• Problem solving and logic-based troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce LTQRs and compile documentation in line with LTQR procedures.
• QA checking of records to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Submit, retrieve and manage documents and metadata lists.
• Liaise with delivery teams and stakeholders to support handover of work packages.
• Operate EDMS and digital platforms (ASITE, Teamcenter, Field View) for records management.
