Job summary

Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick (BBK) is seeking a Records Technician (LTQR) to join the Nuclear Quality team on the Hinkley Point C project. You will help capture, compile and submit Lifetime Quality Records, ensuring compliance with project requirements and approved processes.

The role requires meticulous document control, strong IT and EDMS experience, and the ability to work within alliance environments. Experience in major construction or infrastructure projects and knowledge of quality records

Qualifications

• Discipline-specific qualification preferred.
• Experience with EDMS and LTQR records.
• Strong IT and document management skills.
• Experience on major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of quality records, document control and configuration management.
• Nuclear industry experience is advantageous.
• Experience in Alliance or collaborative project environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Compile, review and submit LTQR deliverables to ensure compliance with project and contractual requirements.
• Manage the distribution and control of electronic and hard-copy documentation, ensuring full end-to-end configuration control.
• Produce document status reports and data updates to support project and quality management teams.
• Assist with the preparation and production of LTQR handover packs.
• Support Area LTQR Coordinators to ensure all required records are submitted for work packages in line with contractual requirements.
• Review quality records for accuracy and completeness to support Lifetime Records and End of Erection Status Reports.
• Ensure all LTQR management activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures and processes.
