Job summary

NG Bailey is recruiting Records Technicians to capture, compile and submit LTQR deliverables for the Hinkley Point C project in Bridgwater, Somerset. You will manage LTQR content, ensure end-to-end configuration control, and support Area LTQR Co-ordinators with accurate documentation.

The role requires excellent IT skills, experience with document management systems and strong written and verbal communication. Nuclear or other safety-critical industry QA experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Excellent IT skills and experience using document management systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling and creating technical documentation.
• Experience in a quality assurance/control environment within the nuclear industry or other safety-critical industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site based LTQR management activities are carried out in accordance with approved processes and procedures.
• Compile, review and submit scope LTQR deliverables, ensure compliance to requirements.
• Manage distribution of both electronic and hard copy documents in end to end configuration control.
• Prepare data reports when required on document status for LTQR Manager.
• Assist with production of LTQR handover packs
• Assist Area LTQR Co-ordinators to ensure appropriate LTQR’s are submitted for work packages as required by contract.
• Review LTQR’s for accuracy and adequacy of content to allow the compilation of lifetime records to support End of Erection Status Reports.
