Job summary

NG Bailey MEH Alliance recruiting a Quality Records Technician to support LTQR deliverables on the Hinkley Point C project, Bridgwater. This office-based, permanent role focuses on end-to-end LTQR management and ensuring documentation is compliant and readily retrievable.

The successful candidate will have strong IT and document management skills, experience with LTQR/EESR reports, and a background in QA/control within safety-critical industries. Local applicants preferred for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Excellent IT skills and experience using document management systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling and creating technical documentation.
• Experience in a quality assurance/control environment within the nuclear or safety-critical industries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LTQR management activities are carried out in accordance with approved processes and procedures.
• Compile, review and submit LTQR deliverables, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Manage distribution of electronic and hard copy documents in end-to-end configuration control.
• Prepare data reports on document status for LTQR Manager.
• Assist with production of LTQR handover packs
• Assist Area LTQR Co-ordinators to ensure LTQRs are submitted for work packages as required by contract.
• Review LTQRs for accuracy and content to support End of Erection Status Reports.
