Job summary

ORR's Lower Thames Crossing (LTC) Highways Operations Advisor role provides expert insight into the performance of the private sector operating LTC and the Dartford Crossing, with a focus on outcomes for road users.

You will oversee day-to-day performance monitoring, including KPIs, asset management and environmental impact, and deliver regular stakeholder reports culminating in the annual performance assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day monitoring of the operational performance of Dartford Crossing, including asset management, environmental impact and network delay.
• Produce robust, regular performance reports for stakeholders and contribute to the annual performance assessment.
• Help shape the design of the performance regime and ensure the private sector meets statutory obligations and commitments.
