Job summary

Bouygues Travaux Publics, a leader in civil engineering, is seeking a Senior Cost Controller for the Lower Thames Crossing (LTC) project. Based in Tilbury, you will manage budgets, costs and risks forecasts, partner with site teams and present key figures to stakeholders.

This on-site role requires close collaboration with Production, Finance, PMO and Commercial teams, with regular cost tracking, earned value analysis (CPI/SPI) and dashboards to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in cost control.
• Strong experience within major infrastructure environments.
• Literate user in SAP, Excel, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance against budgets and costs.
• Track evolving budgets and recovery plans, assess KPI’s.
• Perform Earned Value analysis (CPI/SPI) and forecast costs.
• Create and present dashboards to stakeholders including the Construction Director and client.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations.
