Job Description:

Looking for an LSA/TA/Learning mentor/Healthcare assistant/Support worker to start ASAP or in September!

This school is built around supporting the needs of children with MLD (moderate learning difficulties).

The role includes:

• Working 5 days a week within the school or college provision, supporting students with MLD in small groups or on a 1:1 basis to help improve engagement, interaction, and raise attainment
• Learning and developing your LSA skills
• Working closely with parents to ensure continuity between school and home
• Maintaining a friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, with the ability to build strong relationships with children

This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role (8:30am - 3:30pm).

No prior school experience required; graduates, support workers, healthcare assistants, youth workers, or individuals with personal experience are encouraged to apply!

Pay rates are inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent placement later.
