Job summary

Colten Care is recruiting a Customer Loyalty Planner to join the Asda Rewards Loyalty team. You will help create and manage customer loyalty offers, and work with commercial to deliver them to customers.

You will operate in an agile environment, loading offers into the loyalty platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing reporting on offer performance to improve future campaigns. A hybrid work model with home and office support is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or offer management in a retail setting.
• Strong eye for detail to ensure accurate offer implementation.
• Familiar with loading offers into loyalty platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute loyalty trade plan with the Loyalty Manager.
• Load offers into the loyalty platform and ensure compliance.
• Ensure accurate offer execution first time.
• Improve offer management systems with the team.
• Provide reporting and insights on offer performance.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Customer teams on marketing materials.
• Coordinate with buyers and category planners for delivery.
