Job summary

Colten Care is recruiting a Customer Loyalty Planner to join the Asda Rewards Loyalty team. You will help create and manage customer loyalty offers, and work with commercial to deliver them to customers.

You will operate in an agile environment, loading offers into the loyalty platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing reporting on offer performance to improve future campaigns. A hybrid work model with home and office support is provided.

Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Loyalty Planner to be part of the Asda Rewards Loyalty team. Asda Rewards launched a month ago and currently in the top 5 downloads on the app store.

You'll work withthe LoyaltyManager to create and manage the Asda Reward offers as part of the loyalty programme. As a Loyalty Planner, you'll have some key deliverables, including creation and execution of Asda Rewards offersfor our customers and working with commercial to deliver theseto the customer.

About the role:

You'll work in an agile team launching and formulating Asda's first ever loyalty proposition, taking the proposition to scale and beyond by:

• Executing an Asda Rewards trade plan alongside the Loyalty Manager
• Responsible for loadingof these offers within the loyalty platform ensuring legally compliant
• Accuracy of offers ensuring that all offers are executed right first time through agreed best practices
• Improving the offer management systems, alongside the other members of the Loyaltyteam and be the expert on usage of the system
• Responsible for aspects of the segmented offers strategy, getting tailored and personalised offerings to individuals or sets of customers working with the Datateam
• Accountable for reporting and insight on offer performance and working alongside data/commercial to improve offerings for the future.
• Working with Commercial and Customer teams on our marketing materials for key offerings across digital and printed comms.
• Collaboratewithbuyers andcategoryplanners to ensure a strongloyaltytrade plan and all relevant details are handed over forexecutionaccurately

About you:

The role requires a strong eye for detail to ensure correct implementation of offers. You will have knowledge of commercial or offer management in a previous role either working in buying, central admin, data science, Mod planning, category planning, supply, store or online. Confidentand strong knowledge of taking insight, data and reporting to spot businessopportunitiesand develop brand newpropositionsto improveAsdaRewards.

You will also have;

• Experienced in working with data, retail systems such as retail link and ideally an understanding of reporting
• Experience of working with customer functions such asCRM, POS and Brand Communications
• Retail experience in a fast paced environment is preferred
• Experience of working for an app is preferred but not essential
