Job summary

Colten Care is seeking a Loyalty/Trade Planning Manager to join the Asda X loyalty programme team responsible for formulating and managing the offer platform (Asda Rewards). You will own the rewards strategy, oversee execution, and work closely with design, tech, marketing and CRM to deliver personalised offers.

The role involves building a new function, forming robust processes, and reporting on offer performance with the Data Science and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with loyalty programmes and offer strategy.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage timelines.
• Ability to analyse data and generate insights.
• Collaborative approach across marketing, commercial, buying, supply, online and planning teams.
• Experience in leading a high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the total rewards activity plan across the total business, ensuring the strength of offers and alignment with implementation timings.
• Manage the workflow of the team, prioritising rewards deliverables with design, tech, marketing and CRM.
• Execute offers in the Loyalty App ensuring accuracy and first-time-right delivery.
• Improve offer management systems and advise on requirements, timings and customer journey.
• Develop and execute segmented offers with Data Science to tailor audiences and plans.
• Provide reporting and insights on offer performance to improve future offerings.
• Test new functionality with Asda tech and external partners to ensure successful implementation.
• Build new processes to fit current ways of working or create new ones for future readiness.
