Job summary

Greene King is recruiting a Loyalty Proposition Manager to shape Greene King Rewards, defining, developing and evolving our loyalty proposition to boost engagement, visit frequency and customer lifetime value. You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Digital, Product, Technology and Customer Insight to ensure the programme remains innovative and commercially effective.

You’ll drive long-term initiatives, deliver compelling member experiences and continuously monitor performance to maximise growth

Qualifications

• Significant experience developing customer loyalty or propositions within a complex, matrix organisation.
• Strong commercial awareness balancing customer value with business performance.
• Experience with digital products, mobile apps or customer engagement platforms.
• Strong analytical skills using performance data and customer insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the long-term loyalty proposition roadmap aligned with commercial growth.
• Create and optimise loyalty initiatives including member benefits, personalised experiences, missions and rewards.
• Use customer insight and data to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Monitor performance across key measures like growth, visit frequency and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch initiatives with clear governance and impact.
