Job summary

Greene King is seeking an App & Loyalty Marketing Manager to lead the customer-facing marketing plan for our app and loyalty programme, driving engagement, frequency and customer value across our brands.

You’ll collaborate with Brand Marketing, CRM, Product and Loyalty teams to bring the loyalty strategy to life through impactful campaigns and channel activations that put the Greene King app at the heart of the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven marketing experience delivering complex multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong project management skills coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally to deliver commercial and customer outcomes.
• Ability to translate customer insights into effective marketing activity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.
• Hospitality/retail experience with CIM or degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the customer engagement plan for App and Loyalty, driving app usage and market share growth.
• Partner with Brand Marketing teams to activate loyalty campaigns across Greene King’s brands.
• Lead the customer launch and activation of new app features, loyalty propositions and initiatives.
• Review and optimise customer journeys, embedding App and Loyalty in brand plans and experiences.
• Create loyalty communications and channel activation best practices supporting acquisition, engagement and retention.
