Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to shape our loyalty-focused digital future. You will analyse business needs and translate them into innovative solutions, collaborating with product teams and vendors to design and deliver customer-centric digital products.

The role involves documenting as-is and to-be processes, managing requirements and non-functional needs, and working across IT and business areas in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis within a fast-paced digital environment.
• Appreciation and acceptance of needing to work with ambiguity at times.
• Ability to work on more than one initiative at a time.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong experience / understanding of customer reward or discount schemes, experience of customer interactions through gamification. Awareness and understanding of pricing and promotions and their interaction in a loyalty driven business.
• Experience of leveraging customer data to increase customer engagement.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and shape workshops.
• Relevant qualifications or working towards BCS Business Analysis certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for digital projects and continuous improvement initiatives, being involved initiatives from start to end.
• Gather and validate requirements from a wide range of stakeholders using best-practice techniques.
• Own and document the requirements, business and system processes accurately, including ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ states, including non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with product teams and third‑party vendors to design and deliver world‑class solutions.
• Build strong relationships across IT and the wider business to ensure successful delivery.
