Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Project Sales Engineer – National Major Projects to drive profitable growth across LV and MV portfolios in the UK. You will build senior relationships with contractors, consultants, panel builders and end users, guiding project opportunities from concept to tender and execution.

You will combine commercial leadership with technical application engineering, offering guidance on MV distribution solutions and ensuring Eaton is the preferred partner for critical

Qualifications

• Business degree or further/college education.
• Experience in B2B with contractors or specifiers in construction or technology.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a sustainable, profitable pipeline aligned to Eaton's growth targets.
• Build executive-level relationships with major contractors, panel builders and end users.
• Deliver sales activity through face-to-face and digital engagement to drive pipeline growth.
• Lead pull-based demand generation with target customers to maximise opportunities.
• Provide technical application engineering support for Eaton's MV portfolio during solution design and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with Energy Systems & Solutions and other units to secure strategic projects.
