A leading employee-owned business in the UK is seeking a Loss Prevention Partner to enhance shop efficiency and profitability. This role involves investigating shrinkage trends, patrolling the shop floor, and supporting team members in loss prevention strategies. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
As a Loss Prevention Partner (LPP) in our Profit Protection team, you'll add value to the efficiency and profitability of the shop where you're based and be an integral part of the team. You'll investigate trends and report on key themes regarding shrinkage to protect our profits. You'll also patrol the shop floor to deter potential theft and monitor CCTV for signs of suspicious behaviour.
Due to the nature of the role, you must be 18 years or older. You will work on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends, with various shifts.
