Role Overview

Could you be one of our Loss Prevention Officers? As the leading off-price retailer of clothing and homeware, we focus on providing a positive and memorable customer experience. In this role, you'll help keep our customers, associates, and assets safe. Experience in a customer-facing role, retail environment, or security is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at store entrances, deterring loss on the salesfloor, and acting as an ambassador for loss prevention.
2. Collaborate with the store team to maintain product security and assist in conflict resolution when necessary.
3. Remain calm and professional under pressure, demonstrating resilience and communication skills.
