QuestGates Limited is recruiting for a Loss Adjuster to cover West Midlands and surrounding areas on a self-employed basis. The role involves taking statements, investigating motor claims including RTAs/theft, and reporting findings professionally. Full training will be provided.

You will need your own laptop, printer/scanner, phone and transport, and DBS clearance is required. Candidates with prior traffic or fraud experience are preferable but not essential, and the position offers field-based

Loss Adjuster :West Midlands and surrounding areas

QuestGates Limited is an award winning Loss Adjuster, covering the entirety of the UK. Our Motor Division is currently looking to expand its UK Field Force and we are seeking enthusiastic individuals in the West Midlands and surrounding areas, with an interest in motor claims investigation, including RTA & theft. Previous traffic and / or fraud experience is preferable although not essential and candidates should have experience of statement taking, demonstrating excellent verbal and written skills, along with good IT knowledge. The role is on a Self Employed basis.

Job Role

Successful candidates will be required to take statements from involved individuals in relation to all aspects of motor claims investigation and report their findings back to us in a professional and timely fashion, as well as undertaking accident scene investigations, etc. Full training will be provided.

You will need your own laptop (windows), printer/scanner, phone and own transport.

All candidates will also be subject to DBS clearance.
