Job summary

Exchange Street Financial Services Ltd is seeking a Loss Adjuster to manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial/property claims up to £100,000 in value across the West Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry, Stoke) as required.

You will act as a nominated Adjuster for key accounts; Cert CII/CILA qualification is preferred though not essential, with the ability to handle end-to-end claim investigations and settlements.

Qualifications

• Experience handling domestic and commercial/property claims.
• Ability to act as nominated Adjuster for key accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of domestic (buildings, contents, personal possessions) and commercial/property claims up to £100,000.
• Provide timely investigations, settlements and liaise with clients and insureds.
• Act as nominated Adjuster for key accounts across the West Midlands as required.

Job description

Our client is seeking a Loss Adjuster to handle a portfolio of domestic (buildings, contents, personal possession) and commercial / property owners' claims up to £100,000 in value, operating throughout the West Midlands (Birmingham, Stoke, Coventry etc) regions as required, acting for key clients. You will act as a nominated Adjuster for key accounts. Ideally, you will be Cert CII CILA and/or Cert CILA qualified, although this isn't necessarily essential.
