Job summary

Perk is seeking a BI Developer to design and maintain Looker dashboards and data models. You will gather requirements from stakeholders and Data Analysts, acting as a bridge to Data Engineers to address data gaps. You will manage Looker users and governance while upholding best practices for data quality.

The role emphasizes strong SQL and dbt-based modeling in an international team, with relocation support and London-based or Barcelona-hub proximity.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a BI/Analytics role.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Experience with Looker or other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView).
• Strong SQL skills with performance-focused query optimization.
• Experience in data modeling and with dbt.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Looker dashboards.
• Create and maintain data models, Looker explores and views.
• Bridge between Stakeholders, Data Analysts and Data Engineers to address data gaps.
• Manage Looker users, privileges, and folder structure.
• Set up best practices and data governance for Looker.
