Job summary

iProov, a leader in biometric identity solutions, seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver trusted data and dashboards for the business. You’ll turn analyses into reliable dashboards, ensure accuracy, and support stakeholders with fast, clear insights.

Based in London with hybrid work, you’ll collaborate with analytics teammates, own reporting quality, and help scale Looker-driven insights across functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a data/BI analyst role.
• Strong SQL for querying and shaping data and experience with a data warehouse.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards in Looker (or Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine care for data accuracy.
• Clear communication with business stakeholders and ability to translate requests into reports.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Looker—own ongoing accuracy and maintenance.
• Own recurring reporting cadence, ensuring numbers are consistent and clearly presented.
• Be the responsive front door for ad-hoc analytical requests.
• Keep the consumer-facing data dictionary and documentation up to date.
• Work within the semantic layer and LookML models, helping refine conventions.
• Spot data quality issues and flag them upstream for fixes.
