Job summary

Perk is seeking a BI Developer to design and maintain Looker dashboards and data models. You will gather requirements from stakeholders and Data Analysts, acting as a bridge to Data Engineers to address data gaps. You will manage Looker users and governance while upholding best practices for data quality.

The role emphasizes strong SQL and dbt-based modeling in an international team, with relocation support and London-based or Barcelona-hub proximity.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a BI/Analytics role.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Experience with Looker or other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView).
• Strong SQL skills with performance-focused query optimization.
• Experience in data modeling and with dbt.

Salary: £72,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• We require 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Intelligence Developer, Analytics Engineer, Data Visualization Specialist, ETL Developer, or in a similar role working with modern BI tools.
• We require excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• We need experience with Looker or other data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
• We need strong SQL skills, including query optimization for performance and maintainability.
• We require experience in data modeling and with dbt.
• We value the desire to work in an international environment, with minimal direction, and alongside highly engaged individuals.
