Job summary

Landsec in London is seeking a proactive Workplace Technician to support the Senior Workplace Technical Manager in delivering premium workspace experiences across London assets. You will help maintain buildings, ensure safety and compliance, and work with partners to keep services running smoothly.

You will build strong relationships with occupiers and internal teams, handle technical queries, support energy reduction plans, and contribute to cost-effective, decarbonised operations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a team and deliver results.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across levels of the business.
• Solid computer literacy for building operations and reporting.
• Willingness to work outside standard office hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Workplace Technical Manager to maintain on-site M&E equipment and comply with safety guidelines.
• Manage occupier relations, communicate project updates, and coordinate with service partners.
• Assist in delivering energy reduction plans and decarbonisation efforts.
• Review proposals, manage landlord connections during fit-out, and support new works.
• Ensure all major works are appraised, costed, and aligned with the 5-year plan.
• Provide subject-matter expertise to customers and colleagues for service excellence.
