Job summary

Trustly in London seeks an experienced Office/Workplace Manager to own the London office experience end-to-end, shaping the culture, welcoming colleagues, and enabling high performance.

You will drive frictionless employee journeys, pilot AI-powered tools, and partner with People, IT, Finance, and other teams to deliver a seamless workplace experience in a fast-growing global company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience, including 2-3 years as an Office/Workplace Manager.
• Experience building employee engagement or culture programs.
• Curious about AI and its use in work processes.
• Systems thinker who fixes root causes.
• Ability to run projects and attention to details.
• Comfort in fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the London office experience end to end, ensuring a warm, professional welcome.
• Build culture through events, rituals and moments that bring people together.
• Identify and remove friction in the employee experience using data and quick experiments.
• Pilot and adopt AI tools and automations to speed up services.
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, building management, purchasing and suppliers.
• Keep the office safe and secure.
• Collaborate with People, IT, Finance and other teams for a seamless employee experience.
• Lead local and global projects with the Director of Workplace.
