Trustly's London hub is seeking a proactive Workplace Manager to shape the employee experience. You’ll own the London office end‑to‑end, welcome colleagues, coordinate facilities, events, and build a culture that empowers teams to do their best work.
You’ll use data and AI tools to streamline processes, partner with People, IT and Finance, and lead local and global projects with the Director of Workplace. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and central to Trustly’s mission in Open Banking.
At Trustly, we're building a smarter, faster, and more secure financial future by revolutionizing the world of payments. As a global leader in Open Banking Payments, we are establishing Pay by Bank as the new standard at checkout, providing unparalleled freedom, speed, and ease to millions of consumers and merchants worldwide.
Our Ambition: To build the world's most disruptive payment network and redefine what the payment experience should feel like.
Trustly is a global team of innovators, collaborators, and doers. If you are driven by a strong sense of purpose and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and high-growth environment, join us and be part of a team that's transforming the way the world pays.
At Trustly, our employees are our users and the workplace is the product we build for them. The Workplace Experience team runs our offices in London, Paris, Stockholm, Lisbon, New York and San Francisco. We're small, close-knit and obsessed with detail. We want every colleague and guest to feel looked after from the moment they walk in.
We're also changing how workplace teams work. We treat the workplace as a system we can test, learn from and improve, and we're putting AI at the centre of how we do it. That means automating the repetitive work so we can spend our time on the human moments that make Trustly a great place to work.
London is one of our biggest hubs, and you'll own the experience there. You'll shape the culture people feel every day: how they're welcomed, how they connect, and how easy it is for them to do their best work.
This isn't a role for keeping things ticking over. You'll spot friction, fix it, and find smarter ways to deliver great service, often with AI tools we're building and testing as a team. You'll work closely with the Director of Workplace and help shape how our global team works.
