Job summary

FG Logistics LTD, a Ferrari Group company, is seeking a Security Agent / Driver to join their team at London Heathrow. You will deliver high-value shipments and provide excellent customer service while maintaining logs and safety procedures.

The role is full-time and permanent. You should have a valid UK driving licence, be available Monday to Friday (and possibly outside hours), and hold or be willing to obtain an SIA licence. Overtime is paid and a pension is provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid full UK driving licence.
• No criminal convictions or driving bans – DBS check required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous security/driving experience desirable.
• Available Monday to Friday; some out-of-hours or weekend work may be required.
• SIA licence is a plus.

Responsibilities

SECURITY AGENT / DRIVER:

Becoming a part of a busy team, you will work closely with your colleagues and manage to deliver an excellent service experience to all the clients.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide great customer service at all times
• Timely pick-up and delivery of high value shipments
• Updating and maintaining logs
• Loading and unloading shipments from vehicle
• Ensure all quality control, safety and protection procedures are updated and adhered to
• Provide great customer service at all times
• Vehicles check at start and end of day
• Attending shows and events when needed

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCES AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Valid full clean UK driving licence
• No criminal convictions or driving bans - subject to full DBS check
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience is desirable
• Candidates must be available to work Monday to Friday each week
• Out of hours and / or weekend availability may be required
• Excellent time keeping skills. Must be flexible and have the ability to work on his/her own initiative
• Possession of licence of Security Operator (SIA) is a plus

TERMS & PACKAGE
