Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Project Manager to join the Transport For London team in London. You will support delivery across multiple schemes, manage client relationships, and oversee elements from security to MEP, energy efficiency, and decarbonisation within building refurbishments and new works.

You will have strong project management background, SMSTS/IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and MS Project, to drive successful outcomes for complex contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects on large-scale contracts.
• Experience with handover documentation and KPIs (PFI).
• Client-facing role in complex contracts with commercial focus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of health and safety management systems, conducting contractor and site audits, and ensuring operational health and safety is achieved
• Appointing, instructing, monitoring and coordinating subcontractors and technical consultants throughout the contract period
• Carrying out scoping, tendering, tender analysis and delivery of all aspects of works from conception to completion
• Managing financial control of projects, ensuring effective risk and opportunity management, and communicating commercial aspects and targets
• Undertaking asset condition audits to promote an accurate forward maintenance register and maintain a proactive pipeline of works
