Qualifications

• Holds CSCS card and SMSTS qualification.
• Demonstrable experience on operational construction projects.
• Working towards membership of a Professional Body.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Site Manager in managing resources and implementing project plans for your assigned section
• Managing operational communications with customers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, legal requirements, and contractual terms
• Supporting the management and motivation of the site team to achieve project objectives
• Helping to deliver projects on time, to quality standards, while minimising costs
