Lexington Medical, Inc. is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to grow the AEON Endoscopic Stapler business across London’s NHS trusts and private hospitals.

You will support consultant surgeons in theatre, manage the London territory from evaluation to routine use, and drive adoption through NHS procurement frameworks. The role requires hands-on clinical support, strong account management, and travel across the territory with occasional overnight stays.

Qualifikationen

• Experience selling surgical devices into operating theatres.
• Expertise in NHS procurement processes and Supply Chain frameworks.
• Proven success introducing new technologies and displacing incumbents.
• Strong clinical credibility to work with consultant surgeons and theatre staff.
• Ability to manage a territory independently with discipline and ownership.
• Degree-level education or equivalent healthcare sales experience.
• Full UK driving license and the right to work in the UK.
• Direct experience selling surgical stapling platforms is a plus.

• Build London territory plan that meets and exceeds sales targets.
• Own the tender process across multiple prospects.
• Open NHS and private accounts and expand AEON usage.
• Support consultant surgeons and theatre teams during live procedures.
• Lead product evaluations, trials, and in-service training.
• Navigate NHS Supply Chain frameworks and procurement groups.
• Build value cases for trusts and prepare tenders/documentation.
• Track competitor activity and share insights with teams.
• Hold regular business reviews showing progress and results.
