Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in central London is seeking a (Senior) Territory Manager to lead sales across the Electrophysiology (EP) product range, covering the central London area.

You will drive revenue, build strategic partnerships with hospitals and clinics, onboard new clients, and deliver exceptional customer experience while developing detailed business plans and leveraging clinical data to support market strategies.

Qualifications

• University degree or significant professional track record in sales.
• Prior experience within complex devices sales - EP experience strongly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen, demonstrated through cross-divisional collaboration and results.
• Understands the health care reimbursement environment, to deliver value to the customer and develop strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue and grow market share within the assigned EP accounts for disposables, software and capital.
• Develop relationships across personnel to identify needs and opportunities within assigned accounts.
• On-board new clients in strategic target accounts.
• Deliver market-leading customer experience to allocated accounts.
• Create detailed and documented business/account plans that provide sustainable growth year on year, and leverage analytics to monitor sales performance.
• Support product introductions and implement marketing strategies using clinical data.
