Job summary

Synthesia is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to build and lead the presales team in London. You will hire, develop, and guide Solutions Engineers, owning discovery, demos, PoCs, and technical evaluations. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to connect the team’s work to revenue outcomes.

You’ll own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and overall health of the market, partnering with leadership to shape strategy and priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience building and growing presales teams.
• Proven track record coaching SEs and driving win rates.
• Strong ability to forecast, report, and manage pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Hire, ramp, and develop a team of 5–10 Solutions Engineers in the region.
• Lead discovery, demos, PoCs, and technical evaluations across deals.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Product Marketing.
• Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and performance reporting.
• Drive regional strategy and ensure consistent presales motions.
