Qualifikationen

• Five years of security experience, including 3+ years supervising operations.
• Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience overseeing contracted security officers and vendor performance.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, visitor management, and fire and life safety.
• Strong written and spoken English, with clear reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in London and be flexible for on-call/out-of-hours work.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily security operations at the London office.
• Manage security vendor relationship, coverage, rotas, training standards and service performance.
• Review invoices, staffing hours and overtime against schedules and budgets; identify discrepancies.
• Maintain site security procedures for access, escorts, deliveries, and high-value product.
• Oversee access control, CCTV and intruder alarm systems with internal teams and service providers.
• Coordinate initial responses to security incidents and liaise with emergency services.
• Maintain records and coordinate with HR for incidents and investigations.
• Support fire and life safety procedures and emergency readiness.
