Liverpool Football Club is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor for its brand-new London store. You will work with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales against targets.

You will play a key role in merchandising, stock handling, and delivering a first-class shopping experience for fans across key launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising a retail store is essential.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to drive a team.
• Numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to meet targets and KPIs.
• Ensure receipts and stock are processed efficiently and store is merchandised.
• Open/close the store, manage cash, till counts and banking.
