Job summary

Liverpool FC is expanding with a brand-new London store and seeks a proactive Retail Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will manage a team, ensure stock is merchandised effectively, and contribute to successful launches and promotions in a fast-paced environment.

Based in our London store, you’ll oversee till operations, customer service standards, and daily shop-floor activities, while supporting training and development for

Qualifications

• Experience supervising retail teams in a store environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities for KPIs and till accuracy.
• Able to motivate and drive a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Understand store targets and KPIs and ensure they are met.
• Oversee store departments and day-to-day store operations.
• Receive and process deliveries; ensure floor is merchandised for sales.
• Manage store staff, cover shifts, and respond to call outs.
• Open/close store, cash handling, banking, and till accuracy.
