Job summary

Liverpool FC's London Store is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join the team at its brand-new London store. You will work with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to lead the team and drive exceptional customer service.

The role focuses on delivering store targets, merchandising, cash handling and training, with a permanent full-time contract (40 hours, 5 days from 7). Benefits include pension, life assurance, health plan and 25 days holiday.

Responsibilities

• Understand store targets and KPIs and ensure delivery.
• Run store departments and manage daily store operations.
• Ensure deliveries are processed efficiently and the shop floor is merchandised.
• Open and close the store including till counts and banking.
• Allocate daily tasks and lead the daily team brief.
• Complete management paperwork and meet compliance standards.
• Carry out customer service observations and floor walks.
• Support floor moves, promotions and product launches.
• Help deliver training and inductions for the store team.

Liverpool FC is looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to join the team at its brand-new London store.

The Role

This is a chance to be part of something fresh and innovative, contributing directly to the growth of LFC Retail at a time of new momentum for the brand through its collaborations with Adidas and Tommy Hilfiger.

As a key member of the store management team, you will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to lead and motivate the team, deliver exceptional customer service and make sure the store performs against its targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand store targets and KPIs and make sure they are delivered
• Run departments within the store and manage the store and staff day to day
• Make sure deliveries are processed efficiently and the shop floor is commercially merchandised
• Open and close the store, including till counts, cashing up, safe counts and banking
• Allocate daily tasks and lead the daily team brief
• Complete management paperwork and act on store reports to meet compliance standards
• Carry out customer service observations and floor walks
• Support floor moves, promotions and product launches such as kit launches
• Help deliver training and inductions for the store team

About You

• Recent experience as a supervisor in a retail store, with the ability to motivate a team
• Strong product awareness and an understanding of great customer experience
• Excellent customer service, numerical and analytical skills
• An eye for detail and confidence making operational decisions in a fast-paced environment
