Job summary

Seetec Group is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager (Remote) to drive growth across London by building partnerships with boroughs, funders and public bodies. You will own the London growth plan, develop a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into contracted revenue, reporting to the Head of Business Development.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of London commissioning and funding landscape.
• Experience building relationships with commissioners and partners.
• Track record in originating and converting opportunities into revenue.
• Understanding of public sector commissioning and procurement.
• Experience in market engagement and proposition development.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify and convert opportunities to deliver sustainable revenue growth across London.
• Build relationships with boroughs, GLA, NHS bodies and funders.
• Use market and policy intelligence to identify service gaps ahead of procurement.
• Develop propositions, expressions of interest and pitches responsive to needs.
• Build partnerships to strengthen local reach and competitive position.
• Provide bid/no-bid recommendations and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate to shape deliverable solutions and handovers to bid teams.
