You will help with interview coordination, candidate screening, sourcing on LinkedIn, data maintenance, and reporting. This internship offers practical skill development in recruitment, market research, and stakeholder collaboration within a global team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
• Availability to undertake an internship in London for at least four days per week on-site for four consecutive months.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence communicating with stakeholders at different levels.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accurate information and records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews independently across multiple time zones with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Support the review and initial screening of direct applications and referrals.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms for open roles.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data across systems.
• Use internal tools to analyse hiring data and prepare reports.
• Support candidates with timely updates and interview logistics.
• Contribute to recruitment projects such as talent mapping and market research.
