Job summary

TikTok is seeking a project intern in Greater London to contribute to short-term projects and gain real-world experience. You will develop practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced environment and explore your career interests within the creator ecosystem.

Responsibilities include data analysis to spot high-potential creators, proactive outreach to onboard creators into incubation programs, and supporting monetization efforts while helping to grow and engage creator

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Available to start immediately until the end of the year.
• German proficiency is required due to working closely with stakeholders and reviewing SOPs in German.
• Interested in social media and the TikTok ecosystem, with curiosity and quick learning.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with basic data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis - work with large volumes of data to identify high-potential creators.
• Communication & Outreach - proactively contact target creators and onboard them into the incubation program.
• Conversion & Monetization - support turning creator potential into earnings with practical business judgment.
• Engagement & Community - grow and keep creators active and educated within communities.
