Job summary

TikTok is seeking an internship with our LIVE Operations team in London. As a project intern you will work on short-term campaigns with creators, gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment, and develop real-world skills through on-the-job learning.

You will support livestream campaigns, analyze performance data, brainstorm concepts, configure campaigns in internal systems, and help with community engagement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or data related discipline.
• Familiar with platforms such as TikTok and other short-form or livestream ecosystems.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin as working languages, with strong oral and written communication skills in both, to support creator communications and cross-functional collaboration with global markets and key stakeholders based in Mandarin-speaking markets, where Mandarin is a primary working language.
• Availability to commit to a minimum 4-month internship period.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of livestream creator campaigns
• Conduct user and performance data analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Assist in campaign concept ideation and creative mechanism design
• Configure campaigns within internal systems and manage campaign setup
• Monitor campaign performance and produce structured reports
• Maintain regular communication with key creators and support community engagement strategies
• Identify high-potential creators through performance signals and market observation
