TikTok is seeking a project intern for TikTok Shop in London. You will engage in short-term projects, learn on the job, and gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include seller outreach, onboarding support, and product testing for onboarding features. We value curiosity, quick learning, and hands-on attitude, with a focus on accuracy and collaboration across teams.

Competenze

• Currently in your final year pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Available to start immediately till the end of the year
• Highly interested in the social media, content industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. And understand the short video/content and livestream ecosystems of TikTok.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with basic data analysis skill
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

• Seller Outreach: Support seller education materials, outreach templates, and campaign setup.
• Onboarding Support: Check failed onboarding cases and collect common seller issues for follow-up.
• Product Testing: Test new onboarding features, report bugs, and follow up on product issues.
