Job summary

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification preferred; 5+ years in property management.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Experience with lease and legal management, occupier coordination, and service charges.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgets, and KPI delivery.
• Knowledge of ESG initiatives and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Act as main client contact for Asset Manager across assets.
• Oversee occupier applications, alterations, consent, and leases.
• Manage lease compliance, breaches, and remedies.
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with ESG and FM teams on sustainability initiatives.
