Altana is seeking a People Operations Manager to run our London office and support the UK people operations and HR needs of our growing team. This hybrid role blends office and culture management with hands-on HR administration.

Based in a London co-working space, you will own onboarding, benefits, and employee records, manage facilities, plan team events, and coordinate with IT, Finance, and the global People team as we expand into Europe.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in people/HR operations or office coordination.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and ability to work with a global team.
• Experience onboarding and benefits administration is a plus.
• Comfort working across multiple European markets is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Run day-to-day operations of the London office and support UK HR needs.
• Own onboarding, benefits, and employee records for UK employees.
• Coordinate facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships for the office.
• Plan team events, social activities, and in-office engagement initiatives.
• Support HR compliance and documentation in UK and EU locations.
