This highly visible role serves as a central resource for attorneys and staff, coordinating with teams in London, the US, and across the firm to maintain a well-run, compliant, and welcoming workplace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a professional services environment.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and solutions-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with efficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and discreet handling of information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the London office, including reception, office services, facilities, and health and safety compliance.
• Coordinate vendor management, service levels, and timely processing of invoices.
• Manage EA team allocations, staffing schedules, cover arrangements, and holiday approvals.
• Lead office events and community engagement initiatives to foster a positive culture.
• Maintain asset registers and coordinate with external contractors and building management.
