Job summary

Seven Investment Management is seeking an Office Experience & Services Manager to lead the London Office Services team across 1 Angel Court and 4 Moorgate. You will oversee workplace operations, facilities services, front‑of‑house delivery and employee/visitor experience.

You will drive service standards, coach leaders and partner with real estate and facilities to maintain safe, efficient offices across multiple sites. A proactive, collaborative approach is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing office services, workplace or facilities.
• Proven track record coaching and developing employees.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety responsibilities and risk management.
• IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and support the London Office Services team with clear objectives and service standards.
• Manage performance with feedback, development reviews and coaching.
• Empower team leads to manage day-to-day delivery with effective oversight.
• Oversee delivery of workplace, facilities, office and front‑of‑house services across London locations and monitor employee/visitor experience.
• Ensure offices are well maintained, resourced and professionally presented.
• Coordinate health, safety, and compliance activities and risk assessments across offices.
• Support real estate and facilities initiatives and drive governance and audit readiness.
• Monitor supplier relationships, contracts, and cost pressures; drive value for money.
• Prepare operational updates and service reports using data and insights for continuous improvement.
