Job summary

Encoreestates in London is seeking a proactive Concierge to join our team in Aldgate, London, E1. You will greet residents, handle queries, and assist with maintenance requests.

The role covers security, parcel management, safety checks, and local area guidance. 4 on 4 off, 7pm–7am; salary £28,000–£29,000 per year. Benefits include 24 days leave, Cycle to Work, MediCash, SmartHealth, Eye Care Vouchers, Perkbox, social events, and pension.

Qualifications

• Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist residents and visitors, handle queries and maintenance requests.
• Address issues promptly from maintenance to emergencies and safety concerns.
• Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV for safety.
