Encore in London SW6 is seeking a proactive Concierge to welcome residents and visitors, answer queries, and coordinate maintenance requests. This role requires a customer-focused approach and a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced building environment.

You will handle security checks, issue resolution, parcel management, and local area guidance while maintaining a high standard of presentation. Hours are Thursday to Sunday, 8am–8pm, with an annual salary of £30,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in concierge or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle queries, safety checks, and maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors, assist with queries and maintenance requests.
• Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate when needed.
• Conduct site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV for safety.
• Manage deliveries and parcels for residents, ensuring smooth communication.
• Keep the concierge area and lobby presentable and safe.
• Assist with safety checks, alarms, lighting, and smoke vent testing.
• Provide local area knowledge to enhance residents' experience.
