Encore in London is seeking a proactive Concierge to join our team. You will welcome residents and visitors, handle queries, and support maintenance and security tasks during 7pm-7am, 4 on 4 off.

This role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and attention to safety. You will work on site in SW1V, contributing to a safe, well-presented lobby and efficient parcel handling. We offer benefits including pension and well-being perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• Able to handle responsibilities with care and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors warmly and assist with queries.
• Address maintenance and security-related issues promptly.
• Conduct site patrols, check IDs, and monitor CCTV as required.
• Receive and record deliveries for residents.
• Keep the concierge area neat and welcoming.
• Assist with safety checks and emergency equipment testing.
