Job summary

Cambridge Maintenance Services is seeking a Lead Foot Mobile Engineer to join our London team, delivering hands-on building services maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties. You will lead engineers, supervise contractors, and ensure maintenance works meet safety and contractual SLAs.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and building systems, plus experience with CAFM and PPM planning.

Qualifications

Experience in building services maintenance across commercial properties.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
Ability to read and follow technical manuals and drawings.

Responsibilities

Deliver and oversee PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites.
Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and identify remedial works.
Provide technical guidance to engineers and coordinate workloads.
Manage specialist contractors and ensure works are safe and compliant.
Act as main point of contact for clients and building management teams.
Conduct site inspections and audits for health and safety compliance.
Maintain maintenance records and CAFM documentation.
Monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs.
