Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance of heating and air-conditioning plant.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive work on site equipment.
• Keep maintenance records and update Frontline task sheets.
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments for tasks.
• Ensure safe working practices and a professional CBRE image.
